Job Description:

Western Dairyland EOC, a nonprofit human services organization, is hiring a Lead Thrift Store Associate for the Cents & Sensibility Thrift Store located at 23741 Washington Street, Independence, WI.  This is a part-time, 29 hours per week position.  The starting wage is $17.00 per hour.

Applicants must have excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills, be self-motivated, and be detail-oriented.  Previous retail or leadership experience preferred. 

Job Duties include general supervision, overseeing daily store operations, delegating daily responsibilities, training, and orientation volunteers, processing donations, and operating a cash register.
