Contractor Opportunities

Western Dairyland is a non-profit organization that provides home rehabilitation services to low-income homeowners in Buffalo, Eau Claire, Jackson and Trempealeau counties. Our funding comes from a variety of state and federal sources, including HUD and USDA.

We hire local contractors to do approximately 40 to 50 rehabilitation jobs each year. These jobs vary from large to small projects and may include repairs such as replacement windows and doors, siding, roofing, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
