Water Conservation Program

The Water Conservation HE+ Program provides services to eligible homeowners and some renters to repair or replace their leaky or non-working water heaters, leaky fixtures, toilets and piping. Households must be eligible for the Wisconsin Home Energy Assistance Program (WHEAP) and must live in the home needing services.
