Senior Volunteer Program
The Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) connects individuals aged 55 or older with meaningful community volunteer opportunities. Volunteers are matched with opportunities that best reflect their interests, available time, and preferences.
We partner with 40 organizations throughout Buffalo, Jackson, Trempealeau, Pepin, and Eau Claire counties. Volunteer sites may include food distribution, tutoring or mentoring children, providing transportation services, assisting at local nursing homes and rehabilitation centers, and working with environmental groups, schools, libraries, and museums.

Equal Employment Opportunity Plan (EEOC) & Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Compliance By policy, RSVP volunteer stations are required to conform to all relevant civil rights and non-discrimination statutes. This includes: the Equal Employment Opportunity Act (EEOC) and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). If any RSVP volunteer believes that they have been discriminated against at their assigned volunteer station, they may contact the Western Dairyland RSVP program at 715-985-2391 or info@wdeoc.org to address the issue.
