Western Dairyland Economic Opportunity Council (WDEOC) is a nonprofit Community Action Agency committed to helping individuals and families in Western Wisconsin achieve economic self-sufficiency.

WDEOC operates mainly in Eau Claire, Buffalo, Trempealeau, and Jackson  counties, with additional services available in surrounding counties including Pepin and Clark. With main offices in Independence and Eau Claire, and multiple program sites throughout the region, WDEOC delivers essential services such as housing assistance, family support, job training, and early childhood education to thousands of residents each year.
