The Wisconsin Rental Assistance Program (WRAP) is a federally funded program which offers eligible households experiencing income loss because of the COVID-19 pandemic up to $3,000 in rental payment and/or security deposits. Payments will be paid directly to the landlord on behalf of the tenant.
1. Applicants must have income loss related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
2. Applicants must be unable to pay their rent, behind on rent, have an eviction notice, or have recently been evicted.
3. Applicants must be an adult Wisconsin resident with a household income at or below 80% of the county median income in the month of or prior to the application date. If all adults in the household are ineligible non-citizens, a child or minor head-of-household with a Social Security Number (SSN) may apply. View the income guidelines here.
