Home Visitor - Early Head Start

Job Description:
We're hiring a Early Head Start Home Visitor to work with pregnant women and children under the age of three for Trempealeau and Buffalo Counties.
Based out of our Naples Head Start Center at S283 County Road BB & HH, Mondovi, WI. The Home Visitor will provide comprehensive Head Start services through weekly home visits and group socializations twice per month. This position requires frequent travel for home visits, socializations, meetings, and trainings.
Head Start promotes school readiness of children under the age of five from income-eligible families by supporting their growth and development in a positive learning environment through comprehensive services, which include early learning, health, and family well-being. The ideal candidate has a home-based CDA or comparable credential, or equivalent coursework as part of a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education. On-the-job training will be provided upon hiring. The starting wage is $22.68 per hour.

Employees can contribute immediately. After 1 year of employment, the agency will contribute between 3 and 6 percent, dependent on the employee's contribution.
