Community Resources

A majority of Western Dairyland programs serve the Western Wisconsin counties of Buffalo, Eau Claire, Jackson and Trempeleau. If you live in a different county, contact the Wisconsin Community Action Program Association to find a Community Action Agency near you. A comprehensive list of community resources may also be found at the Great Rivers 211 website.

When appropriate, Western Dairyland refers clients to local organizations which may better serve their needs. These organizations include the following:

Sojourner House
The Sojourner House will provide a safe, clean place for single men and women, regardless of what their ambitions or hopes are, to sleep overnight, shower, clean their clothing and have breakfast while ensuring our guest's personal dignity, respect, and safety.
