Employment helps individuals make positive changes in their lives
to achieve and retain successful employment. We also help them to
become self-sufficient by working with local businesses in hiring

RENEW
RENEW (Re-Employment Now for Exceptional Workers) is a program for displaced homemakers that provides employment and training opportunities as well as financial assistance, which enables them to regain control of their lives and create a positive outlook for the future. RENEW is offered in 11 counties in West
Central Wisconsin. You may qualify for RENEW services if you are not working and have relied on income from another family member or have been dependent on public assistance but are no longer eligible.

Skills Enhancement Program
The Skills Ehancement Program of Western Dairyland is available to people in Buffalo, Eau Claire, Jackson and Trempealeau counties. To be eligible, you must be currently working at least 20 hours per week and have a household income within the eligibility guidelines. View Skills Enhancement Program brochure.
